- One copy of your video ready for upload onto the World Wide Web in HD
- Up to 5 copies of your video on a DVD, playable on DVD players, with custom menu based on artwork used in video (quantities above 5 will cost extra per DVD)
Every client with TOMM Digital Video Productions is entitled to the basic package. With the basic package you will receive the following products and services:
- Web-ready, High Definition Video, written by you, of your desired length
- Shot entirely on-site in our own green screen studio
- Edited on-site to include all graphical elements (logos, text, images) provided by you
Cost
We've designed the basic package to be flexible. Not everyone will have video of the same length so we've come up with an affordable scale. All video starts at $300 for up to the first 30 seconds, each additional 10 seconds will cost $80 on top of the initial cost.
For your convenience, we at TOMM DVP, have provided a quick calculator to help determine costs longer than 30 seconds.
The cost calculated above is contingent upon whether or not the client provides all of the following elements
- Script: The client must have own script ready prior to shooting. Improvisation is permitted, but TOMM DVP will be more than happy to provide writing services for an additional fee(see below)
- Graphical Elements: Any of the following elements that are not provided by the client can be created or provided for an additional fee.
- Logos
- Pictures
- Extra Videos
- Backgrounds (digital)
- Props
- Audio: TOMM DVP can provide sound effects and music at no additional cost, however, to ensure maximum satisfaction, we encourage you to provide as much of the additional audio as is possible.
- Voice Over
- Sound Effects
- Music
- Talent: Whether the person be an actor, a model or a member of your staff, we recommend you provide the talent as well. If you need TOMM DVP to provide talent, the cost of the talent will be included in the final statement.
Additional Services
Script Writing
Even though we recommend that you provide your own script or copy for your video shoot in order to ensure your message is your own, TOMM DVP will be more than happy to provide script writing serviced for an additional fee. Our staff is flexible and able to help you realize your message before a bit of video is captured. Our rate for script writing are as follows:

Graphical Design
Our creative and innovative artists are waiting to help you achieve your vision for your video. Just say the word, and will whip up a variety of graphics to give your video the kind of pizzaz that commands attention. Our rate for graphic design work is as follows:
- $50/hr
Photography
Photography and video go hand in hand, therefore, our staff possess the skill and expertise to photograph whatever you need in order to complete your vision. Our rates for photography are as follows:
- $25/hr for the photography session
- $50 for every photo used in finished video
Location Video Shoot
Not every vision can be achieved purely within the confines of the studio. That is why we provide the ability to come out to any location you desire to shot for as long as you desire. Our crew is small, professional and work quickly to get the shoot finished in a timely manner. Our rates for on location shoots are as follows:
- $50/hr per crewmember started from the time the crew hits the road
Talent
Not everyone is comfortable with standing in front of a camera and delivering a speech. You are allowed to use whatever talent you wish, the more professional, the better. However, if you request that we find talent for you, we will find the best talent for which you are willing to pay. In other words, the cost of talent for your video will be determined at a later rate.
Props
If you don't have the prop you need, let us know and we'll find the object you require for your video. The cost of purchase of the prop will be added to the final cost of the video.
